How do I scrunch thick hair????

So I have really really really thick straight hair, and i haven't ever been able to scrunch it. I love how the scrunch looks, but it won't work with my hair. I don't want it looking nappy or greasy and I NEED HELP!!! thanks

while its wet take a gel or mouse and then put it in a bunch of messy buns all over your head, and wait a while maybe put on your makeup or find somethin to do while your waiting, and then you take out the buns and there you go! hope this helps!

Once i get out of the shower i towel dry my hair some, then put it in sections. After that i use herbal essences totally twister curl boosting mousse. and start crunchy away. i use the blow dry some if its really wet. then finish it off with herbal essences set me up hairspray. i have naturally straight thick hair and it works. best of luck

Take a shower and then when your hair is still wet use a ton of curling gel and just let it dry like that. I have really thick hair also and that works for me.
