My hair is really damaged?

i just recently got a perm, but now i have alot of slip ends and my hair is dry...i need to know of a hair care product that can bring moisture to my hair and something that i can put in my hair right when i get out of the shower without getting nappy or frizzy

Did your stylist trim your hair directly after perming it? If not, then this is your reason. The ends get fried and they need to be trimmed if you want your perm to look good. That's what they did with mine, I have very dry hair naturally and my perm doesn't even appear to have damaged my hair...but that may be because they trimmed it.

Try Pantene Relaxed %26amp; Natural, comes in a brown bottle. It doesn't damage your hair like some people say, because I've used it before...my head didn't fall off...

Use olive oil...yup, the kind you cook with. Just add a few drops to the palm of your hand and run it through your hair. Just scrunch your hair with the olive oil and it's best to trim off the ends, that's the only way to get rid of split ends....they tend to get really frizzy when they are damaged. You don't have to wash the olive oil out, just use it as a styling product. I have naturally curly hair and that's what helps me when I dye my hair!

ok, first of all.. to get rid of split ends you simply need to go get a trim, that should fix the split end problem. As for the dryness, get some coconut oil and slather it onto your hair and make sure to get it into your roots and your ends too. then mix up some egg yolk and put that in just as you put the coconut oil in. finally take some handfuls of mayonaise and glob it into you hair. Leave all this in your hair for a few hours then wash it out and your hair should be MUCHHHH more hydrated! as for the frizzieness, john frieda frizz serum, garnier fructies hard curl, or V05 curvaceous curl should keep your hair from frizzing! hope this helps you!!!
