Here is my hair album, my hair is long and thick. I refuse to listen to people's hair advice if I can't see their hair. :}

Roller set your hair. Wash it with a protein shampoo and deep condition it, preferably with Humecto or Hydrafuse. Put in a leave in conditioner (I use two, KeraCare Leave in and Nexxus' Luxxtress) and a setting lotion, then roller set it. Sit under a hood dryer or let it air dry. Don't hesistate to ask anymore quesitons, I love to help when it comes to black hair. If you don't have rollers, I have more suggestions.

if you can get someone to braid half of it back, then let the rest stay...that will be cute....i have relaxed hair, and that takes a lot time to get back in shape after washing..is your hair natural?

Quick question... is your hair natural? Natural hair on african americans is sometimes course and requires special treatment. Your hair could still feel thick due to the shampoo/conditioner used. If you have a straightner or flat iron use it for a sleek, straight style. Oil your hair first, this prevents the breakage and split ends. From the picture, curls would make your hair appear shorter. You don't want to look like an old nanny... Have you thought about braids or extensions?

just put on a really cute hair band.. spike your hair up more .. put on some big hoop earrings..tight t shirt slim fit jeans.. long Yarn scarf around neck .. fur boots or uggs ...you fly!!!

whoa!!!ummm you can't go to the salon and you can't straighten you hair!!!that's a big problem right there.Umm maybe you should get a relaxer and curl your hair with the rollers.oops you dont like curls either.The solution to your problem is to go to a salon and get a weave or braids or something like that.maybe you can wear a wig or a hat.or put gel on your hair to keep it stay down and flat.

Good luck

Tried to help you :)

Happy new year

your hair is not even close to being nappy, your new growth is probably growing in. if you have a flat iron use it. only do small sections at a time so it can be straight.
