im dominican but i have nappy hair and i want to get a bloew out but i dont know how and when i gell my hair nothing happens i dont now how to make it stand up and i dont know what hair cut i should get so it can grow up plz help me

What do you mean by "stand up"? Do you mean like an afro style? Or do you wish to loosen your naps and have them be straight? If you wish to loosen your curl pattern, you can get a mild relaxer or a texturizer. This will loosen the curl without removing it completely, so your hair won't be as nappy. If you don't wish to use a chemical, then you'll need to find someone who is willing to blow out your hair using a blow dryer. A lot of hairstylists don't like to work with natural/nappy hair so good luck finding one who will do it for you. HTH.
